By 12pm Cayman Islands time on Friday, 1 December 2023
Please complete the Proof of Debt form if you I wish to attend the upcoming first meeting on 6 December 2023.
At the first meeting, nominated creditors will be voted into the Creditors Committee. This is important.
If you can't attend, please fill out the Proxy Form to nominate someone to be your proxy to vote on your behalf at the meeting.
